Return & Refund Policy — Kloch Apparels

At Kloch Apparels, we craft every product with care and want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help. Please review our updated return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • It must be sent back in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is required.

  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.


2. Return Handling Fee

  • Customers can return products within the allowed 2-day window.

  • A ₹199 return handling & logistics fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • This fee applies to all returns except if the product received is defective or incorrect.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” products

  • Customized or personalized items


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Email us at hello@kloch.in or WhatsApp +91 9133281281 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely with all tags, accessories, or freebies included.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges as part of the ₹199 return handling fee.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your safety.

  • Kloch Apparels is not responsible for items lost in transit.


6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • ₹199 will be deducted from the refund amount (unless the product was defective/incorrect).

  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 7 business days.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at hello@kloch.in.

Exchanges for Size-Related Issues:

We understand sizing can sometimes be tricky.

Size exchanges are available with the following condition:

Customers will be required to pay ₹199 as a two-way shipping and handling charge.

This fee applies because:

The product delivered is correct as per the order

The issue arises from not verifying the size chart prior to purchase

The returned item cannot be resold as new once opened/worn


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card statement.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider (processing delays may occur).

  3. If you still need help, reach us at hello@kloch.in.


9. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at hello@kloch.in

  • Share clear photos and a description of the issue.
    We will resolve it promptly at no extra cost.


10. Policy Updates

Kloch Apparels may update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will always be posted on this page.
