Shipping Policy for Kloch

- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, containing your order details.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- Domestic Orders: 3 to 5 business days.
- International Orders: depends on the destination country and shipping method.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Takes 1 to 2 business days for faster delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to Domestic only.
- Some locations may have limited shipping options, and additional fees may apply.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
7. Delivery Issues
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@kloch.in, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist in resolving the matter with the carrier.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the item.
