Return and Refund Policy for Kloch Apparels

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Kloch Apparels. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help! Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or free gifts that were part of the purchase.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@kloch.in for further instructions.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@kloch.in.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@kloch.in with photos and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

9. Changes to the Return and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
